Booking and Invoicing

The contracting party, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, is the legal or natural person specified under “Invoice Address.” They will be invoiced. After confirmation of registration by Tergau & Walkenhorst Intellectual Property GmbH (“TWIP”) or Netzwert Partner GmbH (“Netzwert”), the seminar place is considered firmly booked. Invoicing occurs with the dispatch of the seminar documents approximately 8-10 weeks before the event. Please transfer the invoice amount within 14 days to the specified account. All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT. Travel and hotel costs are not included.

Hotel/Accommodation 

The registration does not include hotel booking or accommodation. Coffee breaks and drinks during the event are part of the booking. Based on our own experience, we recommend the Relexa Hotel in the Merton district of Frankfurt, as the conference venue is within easy walking distance from there.

Eligibility Requirements

The seminars are designed to allow for short consultations (e.g., with the company) during the breaks. Each participant ensures continuous attendance at the seminar.

The units are partly intensive and demanding. Accordingly, we assume that each participant is physically and psychologically resilient and takes responsibility for their own actions. Each participant agrees to treat information exchanged with other participants confidentially.

Each seminar has a minimum number of 8 participants. If this number is not reached, the seminar may be canceled up to four weeks before the date. TWIP or Netzwert is entitled to cancel the event for important reasons (e.g., force majeure or illness). Already paid invoices will be fully refunded; no further claims exist.

Cancellation Policy

If you unexpectedly cannot attend, please inform us in writing. We will confirm the cancellation in writing and refund the full price minus a processing fee of 200 € plus VAT if the cancellation is made up to 14 days before the start of the respective seminar. After that, the full price is due. Naming a substitute person is possible, although the organizers expressly reserve the right to admit them. If the substitute person is admitted, the processing fee is waived.

Content, Content Sharing, and Confidentiality

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the course or seminar program. Because we love what we do and are convinced that the content and information are important for individuals and for us as a society, you are welcome to share and use the retrievable content (slides) of the online seminar. Image and sound recordings are not allowed. The content exchanged with other participants must be treated with strict confidentiality!
